課程目標 |
The overall objective is to provide students with experiences of learning from academic scholars. The class is open to faculty and doctoral students. It is designed to help students engage with prominent researchers to discuss research and become familiar with research agenda in organizational behavior, human resource, and strategic management. |

課程要求 |
Each class will begin by an introduction to speakers and then speakers will give a presentation followed by Q & A.
1) Participation in class discussion: Each student should come to the class in each week with guest speech and participate in the Q & A sessions with well-thought questions.
Reflections: You can choose 6 presentations to write 1 to 2-page reflections. Your reflections will be evaluated on the quality of (a) your observations and descriptions, (b) analytic ability, (c) critical thinking, and (d) inspirations for future research ideas. Please e-mail your reflection to me (the following Friday right after the guest speech). Please know that your reflections, part (a) and perhaps (d), may be selected to be published in the online newsletter circulated among the faculty and students in our department. |
